CAT1 Caterham 7 Experience £199.00
The Caterham name is synonymous with motor sport and to drive a
Caterham 7 is a joy in itself. Now you can set your pulse racing
and explore the limits of this powerful car on a real racing circuit.
Such is the phenomenal power-to-weight ratio of the Caterham 7 that
it wheelspins almost effortlessly even in third gear. Maximise the
car’s power and agility as our expert instructors teach you
the art of racing lines, high speed cornering and braking......The
Experience Includes .....Safety briefing including track driving
techniques. (25 minutes).....Demonstration lap with the instructor
driving to show circuit corners and braking points. (5 minutes)
No demo, drivers first slow sighting lap instead .....2 sessions
with a short break in-between to learn more about cornering, braking
and racing lines...There are 2 pupils per instructor. (2 x 15 minutes)
(2 x 4 laps of driving)....High-speed demonstration lap by instructor.
(5 minutes) ....Final de-brief and presentation of certificate.

UK. and are now into to the ninth year of operation.....We can now
offer you the unique opportunity to experience the thrills of driving
and 'Racing' 8 tons of sheer excitement!!......Events are held throughout
the year at sites in Kent, County Durham and Devon. The sessions last
around 4 hours starting with a welcome address, a thorough safety
briefing, course details and individual tuition by the experienced
instructors.....Then the real fun begins! Its off to the specially
designed rough terrain course where you are given the chance to try
your hand at a variety of tasks whilst challenging fellow competitors....After
a Barbeque lunch, which is included in the cost, you'll be back out
onto the course for an adrenaline-charged penultimate round culminating

practical, that you receive on this experience will enable you to
deal with the one-off dangerous situation both safely and competently.
In a specially prepared computer controlled car you will learn how
to deal with an unexpected skid on invisible black ice or a high speed
motorway blowout at 70 miles per hour. Stretch the limits of your
ability beyond what you thought possible. This is a most entertaining
experience and the skills you learn could one day save your's or someone
else's life.

Learn the limits of you and your bike with help from the experts.
Your day will begin with a full briefing on safety and the characteristics
of the circuit. After this initial instruction and assessment you
will learn all the basics, including what to look out for in controlling
high speed, high performance machines; how to choose, take and hold
the right lines through corners: how to exit from corners with the
most speed. The safety elements and tips you learn are invaluable.
Allow a full day. You must be at least 18 years old, experienced
in riding at least 250cc machines and hold a full motorcycle driving
licence.

| Drive your own car as fast as you dare. With no speed limits or
radar. Few drivers ever experience their cars’ flat out speed,
or its limitations including cornering and braking limits. Advanced
driving instructors help you to discover and know your own cars’
limitations and also to hone your driving skills, including those
needed in some emergency situations. This experience is fun, great
value for money and can also save lives.

PORSCHE POWER

| After a welcome meeting on arrival, there is an introduction and
briefing on circuit driving techniques. You then drive 3/4 laps in
a ‘hot hatch’ with a qualified instructor, 3/4 laps driving
a Porsche 996, 3/4 laps driving a Boxster Sport, a high speed passenger
ride with a professional driver, karting or autotest challenge, presentation
of commemorative photo, presentation of Porsche certificate and individual
driving assessment from instructor.

JUNIOR DRIVE

| An exciting present for kids, and one that will stand them in good
stead later in life. Using dual controlled cars supervised by qualified
instructors provides the best way for any child to learn the basic
driving skills, starting, gear changing, braking and steering. Each
child is made aware of the rules that govern the road environment
as well as basic safety rules. The trial course includes good schooling
for the future. Parents, Grandparents and friends are welcome so don't
forget to bring your camera. Any child over 4'10" in height and
12 years old is eligible for this early drive experience.
