Booking Protection

Avoid those irritating and often, hefty cancellation or amendment charges by taking advantage of BP. On Airport Car Hire understand that sometimes flight details change out of your control, or your travel plans change, or sometimes, you simply change your mind! BP will protect you against any changes, large or small. For just £5 you will be covered for all changes that you might need to make on your booking or even if you need to cancel the booking.

The small Print

BP protects you against any cancellation and/or amendment charge normally incurred by you, the hirer, altering your booking up to 24 hours prior to the hire commencement date (e.g due to flight changes or alterations). Weekly Booking Protection is available at £5 per car hire week (1-7 days). No refunds will be given for no-shows in resort, non-receipt of vehicle due to insufficient documentation or partly used rentals or cancellations made on or after the hire start date, regardless of whether Booking Protection is taken
